Scholarships

  • Phi Theta Kappa offers over 38 million dollars in transfer scholarships to its members. If you are a member, go to collegefish.org, log in and find out about transfer scholarships to over 600 senior colleges and universities. Phi Theta Kappa administers scholarships using a common application. Applicants may apply for one scholarship on the common application or multiple scholarships at the same time. The Fall Common Application opens on October 1 and closes December 2.

The Spring Common Application opens on February 13 and closes on May 15. For more information on individual programs, see the information below.
  • The All-USA/All-Arizona Academic Team Scholarship is the biggest transfer scholarship program in the state. Applications are available each year in October. Check with your campus Phi Theta Kappa advisor or your Student Development office to find out more. Each campus nominates two eligible students for this scholarship program (12 total from Pima Community College). Each nominee automatically receives a 60 credit tuition waiver for any of the three state universities. This waiver may be used to attend full-time or part-time. Additionally, each nominee will receive a one-time stipend from the nominating campus worth 500, 750, or 1,000 dollars depending on All-Arizona Academic Team placement. Each nominee's application is also submitted for All-USA judging and ranking. See the All-USA Academic Team Scholarship Program for more information.
